What is a zine?A zine is a collaborative fanbook often to celebrate a certain series or collection of work! It can be about anything! This one is specifically about the video game Xenoblade Chronicles X and its definitive edition release!What artists are you looking for? Do I need past experience?We are looking for page artists and writers! Absolutely no past experience necessary!What if I do not have a portfolio but want to apply?We are looking for passionate artists and writers no matter the background or level of skill. Keep in mind based on the amount of applicants, we may not be able to accept everyone, so it is recommended to compile your past work!Will there be a physical copy?No! This is a free, digital only zine. Writing and images will be compiled by our moderation team and be released once complete. As such, there is no monetary gain made by anybody working on this projectHow will you communicate with artists once the zine begins productionA discord link will be given upon acceptance! A discord account is required for this project with no exceptions.What is your spoiler policy?Please read the zine guidelines at the top of the carrd. NO EPILOGUE SPOILERS WILL BE ALLOWED (Including the face of the Lone Hero, if you know you know), although, anything from Chapter 12 and before will be permissible!

Final zine editing by our lead moderator!Tentative release of October 1st delays not withstanding. Even with delays our goal is to release the zine before the date of the X anniversary in North America, which is the 4th of December!

Soph/Tornadoarts (she/her)Organizer!Hi my name is Soph and I am an artist in the entertainment industry who loves Xenoblade X so much I wanted to make a zine about it! I previously had experience working in lead roles in short films! Nice to meet you!

Star (she/her)ModHi! I’m Star! I’m a huge xeno series fan and I’m currently studying Game Art with hopes to work as a concept artist for entertainment. This will be my first time moderating and second time participating in a zine, and I’m very happy to be here considering XCX is one of my all time favourite games !!!

Chlor0s (she/they)ModHowdy! I’m Chlor0s, and this is my first time being a part of a zine! I got introduced to Xenoblade through Shulk in Smash 4, and played through all of Xenoblade 1 on the 3DS. Fast forward and it’s my favorite series of all time, and Xenoblade 2 is my favorite game of all time. This series means a lot to me and I’m super excited to be here!"
